The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Packages to the US and Canada can take around a week to two to arrive while international destinations can take around 5-22 business days. Please allow delays, however, for reasons like customs holds or service delays. Once shipped I cannot do anything about your package but please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns or questions.
For VAT reasons, please purchase from the etsy shop if you are shipping an order to Australia, the EU, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, or the UK.
