• I'll only accept returns on unused items IF: you contact me within 14 days of delivery AND ship & return items back within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. 
• I do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital sales.
• I do not accept exchanges.
• I do not accept cancellations if your order is a custom order/commission request.
• About cancellations on other amigurumi orders, I can only offer full refunds if: you contact me before your items are processed for shipping!

​Wonder Wishes Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders that are deemed risky, i.e. you are a buyer who once declined to pay for customs and instead argued for a refund. 

I only ship my parcels using a tracked and insured shipping service. Please check the policies page below for more details on Wonder Wishes' shipping & delivery policies. 

Packages to the US and Canada can take around a week to arrive while international destinations can take between 5-22 business days. Please allow delays, however, for reasons like customs holds or service delays. Once shipped I cannot do anything about your package but please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns or questions. 

For VAT reasons, please purchase from the etsy shop if you are shipping an order to Australia, the EU, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, or the UK.
