Start a convo here, through email or Etsy. For custom cats, you're able to choose the colours of the cat, the cat's pose, the collar colour, etc. Be sure to send me photos of the kitty you want to be made into a plush. Preferably the photos should be clear and from different angles.

I'll only accept returns on unused items IF: you contact me within 14 days of delivery AND ship & return items back within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

About cancellations on other amigurumi orders, I can only offer refunds if: you contact me before your items are processed for shipping!

I only ship my parcels using a tracked and insured shipping service. Please check the policies page below for more details on Wonder Wishes' shipping & delivery policies.

Packages to the US and Canada can take around a week to arrive while international destinations can take between 5-22 business days. Please allow delays, however, for reasons like customs holds or service delays. Once shipped I cannot do anything about your package but please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns or questions.

For VAT reasons, please purchase from the etsy shop if you are shipping an order to Australia, the EU, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, or the UK.
